- DAY 1. Anchorage - Talkeetna (205mi/330km).
Starting from Anchorage you will ride through Palmer up Hatcher Pass, which is mostly paved with a maintained dirt/gravel (20mi/32km) section over the top of the pass (elev.3886ft/1184m). Glacial fed turquoise lakes to see on this old Alaska mining road. Staying the night in Talkeetna which is a small town with big views of Denali, the tallest mountain in North America.This is the starting point for anxious climbers from all end of the world waiting a weather window to open for their attempt to summit Denali. Pubs, restaurants, entertainment, and the mountain views are epic.
- DAY 2 Talkeetna - Denali hwy. (220mi/355km)
. Riding to Cantwell and taking the Denali Hwy. which is (112mi/180km) dirt/gravel. This was the original road to Denali Park and Preserve. This is a great ride with breathtaking views, you'll feel the vast open freedom of Alaska.
- DAY 3 Denali Hwy. - Copper River Princess Lodge (220mi/355km)
Plenty of sights to see on this journey. Riding on the edge of the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve, Americas Largest National Park.
- DAY 4 Copper River - Valdez (106mi/170km)
This ride over Thompson Pass is remarkable. The World Extreme Skiing Championships were held here in the 90’s and is still one of the most sought after ski destinations in North America. Sheer rock walls, slot canyons and several giant waterfall along the road. We will stay in Valdez, which is where the Trans Alaska Pipeline ends.
- DAY 5 Valdez - Hope (60mi/212km)
Start the day with a 5hr ferry voyage through Prince William Sound, to Whittier, on the Alaska Marine Hwy. This coastline route has some the best wildlife photo opportunities in Alaska. Arriving in Whittier early afternoon and ride to Hope This is a fun ride through a train/vehicle tunnel with glacial fed waters.
-Day 6 Hope - Seward (80mi/129km)
Hope City Alaska, small town with big dreamers. The ride over Moose Pass to Seward is remarkable.
-Day 8 Seward - Anchorage (127mi/205km)
A stop at the Wildlife Conservation Center in Portage. Tram ride up to the Top at Aleyeska Ski Resort. An optional ride up Crow Creek Pass in Girdwood. Returning to Anchorage
